Visual Navigation for Charms
Goal: To develop an industry leading solution that allows customers to quickly view all of the charms options available in one place in order to encourage shoppers to add multiple charms to their cart. Increasing UPT and AOV on charms orders.
Charms quickly became the fastest growing category for Local Eclectic, in-part through the innovative visual shopping experience that I developed the UI on. Customers can quickly browse all charms through the visual navigation at the product level, with a fun and intuitive left and right scrolling mobile-first design.
Collection Level Variants
Goal: Build a custom solution within Shopify’s framework to allow customers to browse product variation at the collection level.
Part of Local Eclectic’s appeal is in the depth and variety of their product offerings. Shopify’s native collection experience does not include a visual that indicated product variation at the collection level. I worked with the development team to a custom design solution that allows the viewer to browse product variation without having to remove them from the collection.
Customizable Product Bundles
Goal: Increase AOV through customizable product bundles
Shopify released a backend update to allow storefronts to sell user-customized product bundles. Working with the Development Team, I designed a highly flexible UI that allows users to easily browse product variants to build their bundle.
Cart Drawer with Add-ons
Goal: Create a seamless and intuitive experience for users to manage their cart items while ensuring minimal disruption to their shopping flow. Including the additions of cart upsells and seasonal gift with purchase promotions.
My job was to design a compact and unobtrusive cart drawer that can accommodate all necessary cart functionalities, suggested relevant add-ons, and ultimately make a clear path to checkout.
